phearn Terms & Conditions

As used in these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings specified below:

• "Platform" means the phearn website accessible at phearn.asia, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered in a Player's name on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or credited as withdrawable winnings.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and age.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is unlawful.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing phearn's operations.

2.1 By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by browsing the site, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

2.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered Players, and any other users of the Platform. They are in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and the phearn Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 phearn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on phearn. This requirement reflects the minimum age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law as regulated by PAGCOR. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. phearn is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phearn accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from your access to the Platform from a jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

3.3 Prohibited Persons. You are not eligible to register or use the Platform if you:

• Are under 21 years of age;
• Are located in or are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Are a phearn employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such person;
• Have been previously self-excluded from the Platform and your exclusion period remains active;
• Have had an Account previously terminated by phearn for violations of these Terms.

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. phearn uses technical measures including device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method analysis to detect and close duplicate Accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes. phearn is not liable for losses arising from incorrect account information provided by you.

4.3 KYC Verification. phearn is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players before permitting withdrawals and beyond threshold deposit amounts. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• PhilSys National ID
• UMID Card
• Driver's License
• Philippine Passport
• SSS / GSIS ID
• Voter's ID

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account while authenticated with your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. Notify phearn immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phearn currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

5.2 phearn does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service fees. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). phearn reserves the right to amend accepted payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing times with reasonable notice.

5.3 Prohibited Deposits. Deposits made using funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, or made by or on behalf of a third party other than the registered Account holder, are strictly prohibited. phearn maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine law.

6.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed phearn's KYC verification process. This includes submission and approval of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.

6.2 Withdrawal Method. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to fund the Account. phearn does not permit withdrawal to payment methods not previously used for deposit, except in cases approved by the compliance team following identity verification.

6.3 Processing Times. Verified withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.5 Withholding. phearn reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct an account review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. The Player will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers made available by phearn are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus credits must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion before they can be converted to Real Money Balance. Only eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — contribution percentages vary by game type and are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk;
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements;
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

7.4 phearn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

8.1 All games available on phearn use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

8.2 Game Results. The result recorded by phearn's servers at the time a bet is settled shall be final and binding in all circumstances, except where a manifest error (as defined below) has occurred.

8.3 Manifest Errors. A manifest error means an obvious error that a reasonable person would immediately recognize as a mistake, including but not limited to a game displaying incorrect odds, paylines, or payout values due to a technical malfunction. phearn reserves the right to void bets and correct payouts affected by manifest errors. Players who knowingly exploit manifest errors may have their Accounts suspended.

8.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the round in progress is recorded by phearn's servers. Upon reconnection, any completed round will reflect the outcome determined at the server level. phearn accepts no liability for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phearn. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance without recourse:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive conduct toward phearn staff;
• Misrepresenting your identity or location;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions.

10.1 All content on the phearn Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interfaces, and the phearn brand name — is the exclusive property of phearn or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phearn's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 phearn shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside phearn's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, internet disruptions, or government-ordered shutdowns;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to follow these Terms or applicable game rules.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phearn's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12.1 phearn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and mitigating the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at no cost to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when raised.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set notifications alerting them to the duration of their active gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform via Account Settings or by contacting the 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours.

12.2 Gambling Must Be Entertainment. Gambling on phearn is intended solely as a form of entertainment. Gambling with money you cannot afford to lose, chasing losses, or gambling to address financial difficulties is not a use case phearn supports. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools and to seek professional assistance.

12.3 Age Verification. phearn strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts mandatory age verification as part of its KYC process in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

13.1 By phearn. phearn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receiving a self-exclusion or exclusion order from a regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

13.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the phearn support team. Before closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with a Real Money Balance that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. phearn will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated.

14.1 phearn reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, phearn will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via in-platform notification or email to the registered Account email address where applicable.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to phearn's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15.3 phearn operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels following exhaustion of phearn's internal resolution process.

15.4 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
