You have the right to request a copy of the personal data phearn holds about you, along with information about how it is used and shared. We will respond to verified access requests within fifteen (15) working days.
You may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. For account details, many corrections can be made directly through your Account settings. Changes to KYC-verified data require re-verification.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and where no legal obligation requires its retention. Requests will be assessed against applicable PAGCOR and AMLA retention requirements.
You may object to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on phearn's legitimate interests. You may also object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time, and phearn will honor that objection without condition.
Where technically feasible, you may request that phearn provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another data controller.
In certain circumstances — such as while a rectification request is being resolved or an objection is being assessed — you may request that phearn temporarily restrict the processing of your data.
11.1 phearn's services are strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. phearn does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
11.2 If phearn discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, phearn will immediately close the associated Account, delete the personal data collected, and report the incident in accordance with its PAGCOR compliance obligations.
11.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has registered on phearn, please contact the Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details provided in Section 13. phearn will investigate and take all necessary remedial action promptly.
12.1 phearn reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision.
12.2 For material changes that significantly affect how we process your personal data, phearn will provide advance notice via in-platform notification or SMS to your registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
